We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. However occasionally there may be a requirement to return or exchange items.

Personalised items cannot be refunded or returned but if there is an issue with your purchase please contact us in order to discuss it.

Should you wish to return any items that have not been personalised, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully resaleable condition. Returns should be made within a reasonable time (usually 14 days) and in original, undamaged packaging.

Goods damaged in transit must be reported within 2 days of receipt, so please ensure all items are inspected on receipt.

If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 50% of the original selling price from the refund amount.

Personalised products cannot be returned. Personalised gifts are made to order and must be checked by the customer at the time of ordering.

Please note: We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser or exchange the product once it is received by us. A refund of the delivery charge will be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods when received, upon return of the unused goods to us.
